1. OPPORTUNITY REVIEW & ASSESSMENT

We review and assess projects on a case-by-case basis, developing a unique solution using the most appropriate bankable power generation. We deploy our established development processes and standardised project contracts resulting in faster development and implementation.

2. DEVELOPMENT

Our team of developmental experts comprising of technical, commercial, and country-specific personnel assesses the customer’s operational and economic requirements and designs the project that will address those needs.

3. PERMITTING & LICENCING

To be able to generate, transmit and distribute power for sale in Africa, you must apply for a Licence. Our team will fulfil all local requirements to deliver renewable power projects that meets every country-specific environmental regulation and legislative laws.

4. FINANCE

We provide full finance upfront to cover the cost of project development and installation. We can also co-finance with businesses who wish to partner with us on the installation.

5. INSTALLATION

We take full responsibility for the technical stage of the programme. This includes detailed engineering design, equipment selection and procurement, and physical installation and integration with existing facilities. All our work is backed by system performance guarantees.

6. OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

O&M is covered for the duration of the offtake contract. This includes 24/7 monitoring, regular maintenance, emergency fault response and monthly reporting.
